Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise sales opportunities by providing excellent customer service and ensuring each visit is tailored to the customer's needs.
• Encourage customers to join our client list and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our client's history and brand.
• Interact with clients in a respectful and courteous manner, maintaining a professional image.
• Utilise the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate and support your team members, promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain organised stock and merchandise, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Showcase the brand to all visitors and actively engage with potential customers.
• Expand product knowledge and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Utilise the customer profile function effectively to enhance the shopping experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional sales and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury retail sector.
• Experience in Menswear, Womenswear, and Bespoke would be advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Passionate about fashion and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
