My client is seeking an experienced, sales driven individual to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to their brides.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Leading bridal appointments.
- Managing the appointment diary.
- Assisting with all dress queries in person and by phone / email.
- Assist with deliveries, dress steaming and re stocking.
- Achieving sales targets and KPI's.
- Building strong relartionships with customers.
- Ensuring a high level of presentation in the boutique at all times.
- Taking part in house events and trunk shows.
- Maintaining a clean showroom.
The role involves working weekends and late evenings.
