Supply Chain Coordinator – Chesterfield – Competitive Salary

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an innovative, market leading retail and wholesale business, who are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their friendly and busy Supply Chain team.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in controlling orders and managing suppliers whilst supporting the Planning and forecasting functions. This is a great opportunity to work within a friendly and growing business where your work ethic and effort is truly valued.

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing suppliers in the Far East and Europe, this will include order processing, discrepancies, data control, shipments, and transport
• Updating the internal tracking system ensuring goods are received on time
• Managing product specification sheets and communicating with suppliers
• Overcoming quality issues by arranging inspections and working with suppliers
• Communicating with Freight Forwarders to arrange shipments
• Ensuring system data is correct at all times as this it vital to the customer
• Working closely with other departments to progress the department in all areas

Your working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm


Skills & Experience you require:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Intermediate level of Excel knowledge
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Great attention to detail whilst working within a high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
